About the TempGUARD

TempGUARD™ OUR LIGHTEST INSULATED ROLL-UP DOOR

Key Features Lightest insulated door model offered by WHITING Ideal for applications of -7°C and above A smooth exterior finish is ideal for graphics/branding

Applications Food & Beverage Use, Temperature Sensitive Cargo

The TempGUARD is the lightest insulated roll-up door crafted by WHITING ® Canada. It is your best choice when temperature-sensitive cargo necessitates temperatures above 20°F/-7°C. The 1 1/2.” fiberglass panels are more durable in refrigerated environments compared to wood-core panels, and the exterior aluminum cladding helps provide puncture resistance. Each panel features high R-value foam urethane insulation for effective temperature control. Panel joints feature replaceable seals for easy maintenance, and the rigid aluminum bottom channel provides increased support and protects the door from damage, reducing downtime. The aluminum facing offers a rivet-free, smooth finish which provides an ideal surface for branding or graphics. For even greater strength and durability, a bright annealed stainless steel (BASS) finish is also available. The TempGUARD utilizes hinge fasteners that are reinforced with steel backing plates which provide additional support for smooth door operation. Stainless steel hinge rivets and E-coated hardware are also standard features. The TempGUARD from WHITING is a cost-effective and strong insulated door solution and is designed for superior temperature control and longevity. The TempGUARD is compatible with the CommandLIFT power door-lift system.
