Fire Manufacturing Innovations (FMI) was founded in 2007 in Springfield, Ohio, with a singular focus: designing and manufacturing compartment management solutions that help firefighters do their jobs better. Every drawer, tray, and mounting system is built to keep critical equipment organized, accessible, and ready for deployment.
Since joining the ISG family in 2021, FMI has expanded its capabilities with significant investments in advanced manufacturing equipment and facility upgrades. When lives are on the line, every second counts—and FMI ensures that every tool is exactly where it needs to be.

Since acquiring FMI, ISG has made significant investments in manufacturing infrastructure. The secured 10-acre site in Springfield, Ohio, is equipped with Trumpf fiber lasers, CNC brake presses, robotic welding stations, 3D printers for rapid prototyping, and one of the largest Timesavers finishing machines in North America with a 60-inch bed. This advanced equipment ensures every FMI product meets the highest standards of precision and durability.
