OUR LIGHTEST INSULATED ROLL-UP DOOR
The TempGUARD is the lightest insulated roll-up door crafted by WHITING® Canada. It is your best choice when temperature-sensitive cargo necessitates temperatures above 20°F/-7°C. The 1½” fiberglass panels are more durable in refrigerated environments compared to wood-core panels, and the exterior aluminum cladding helps provide puncture resistance.
Each panel features high R-value foam urethane insulation for effective temperature control. Panel joints feature replaceable seals for easy maintenance, and the rigid aluminum bottom channel provides increased support and protects the door from damage. The aluminum facing offers a rivet-free, smooth finish which provides an ideal surface for branding or graphics.
The TempGUARD utilizes hinge fasteners reinforced with steel backing plates for smooth door operation. Stainless steel hinge rivets and E-coated hardware are also standard. The TempGUARD is compatible with the CommandLIFT® power door-lift system.
