Pre-punched slotted holes in side frames allow truck bodies to be prepped for door mounting before doors arrive — reducing installation time. Damaged side frames can be replaced in minutes with slots matching original mounting locations.
Three standard side frame profiles: conventional (1/2" exterior wrap), wide flange (3/4" wrap for adjacent doors), and recessed (no exterior flange for cladded bodies). Custom proprietary frames also available.
Three sill plate models: standard sweep-out with interior water stop, and two step-down models with varying depths. Custom proprietary sill plates also available in partnership with builders.
Top gutters prevent water from running into the compartment and incorporate a retainer for top gutter seals. Standard 2" model or optional 6" extended gutter that can replace a traditional header. Available in continuous configuration for adjacent doors.
Attached to both the bottom panel and compartment sidewall, the Flex-HD pull strap lets operators safely close the door without a strap in the way. Available in 4 lengths to suit door heights from 20" to 84".
AMDOR's multi-point double-dead bolt manual locking system. Lock rods extend through each side frame into the body structure. Wide variety of lock cores available. Recommended for new door builds only.
